Ordering Custom Work

1.) Decide what you would like to have made- if you don't see what your looking for, ask. There's not to many things we haven't made!

2.)Contact us via phone or email to discuss your needs and ideas.

3.)Once we have a product and ideas of what you want, we will give you a price quote.

4.)To ensure your satisfaction, we will send sketches, layout, specifics, etc for your approval prior to making up the item.

5.)All items other then harness , and tack are to be paid in full prior to start of the piece being made.

*Custom Harness and tack orders: a 50% non refundable deposit is required on all harness and tack orders. Remaining balance due upon completion prior to shipping or pickup.
