Refund/ Return Policy

It is essential that the customer measures properly. If you have questions about measuring, please don't hesitate to ask. Clark Harness prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, customized/made to measure/made to order and/or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Horse harness parts (with the exception of collars and hames) may be exchanged to ensure correct fit. For any other non-custom items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unworn, unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. Returns will be refunded to original form of payment. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If our products arrive damaged, please contact us right away to discuss. All customized orders are non-returnable/refundable. All items are inspected for quality assurance before leaving the shop. 1.) Decide what you would like to have made- if you don't see what you are looking for, ask. 

2.) Contact us via phone or email to discuss your needs and ideas.

3.)Once we have a product/idea of what you want, we will give you a price quote.

4.)To ensure your satisfaction, we will send sketches, layout, specifics, etc. for your approval prior to making up the item.

*Custom Harness and Tack orders: a 50% non refundable deposit is required on all harness and tack orders. Remaining balance due upon completion prior to shipping or pickup.
