Please take the time to measure for your new belt. This will ensure that it fits well and is comfortable for you. Because these items are literally handmade with a minimal amount of modern machinery and not off the shelf, slight variations in color and size are to be expected and are not considered defects.
How to Measure for a belt:( Please see the diagram for a helpful visual)
The easiest way to measure for a new belt is to use an old one that fits you well. Lay the old belt out on a flat surface and measure from where the leather folds around the buckle to the hole most frequently used. Remember to round up to the nearest whole number. Example: Your measurement comes up 43 1/4". Round up to 44".
Another way, if you don't have a belt that fits: Using a piece of non stretchy string or cord, thread it through your belt loops and pinch the ends together where they meet. Mark the two with a pen or marker. Lay it out on a table or flat surface and measure from the two marks you made. Remember to round up if it falls in-between sizes.
