Antique Nickel Plated Sleigh Bells

Bells from a harness racing outfit in Michigan arrived coated in dried harness oil and barn scurf. It was very hard to tell what shape the finish was in underneath all the dirt. I gently hand cleaned them and this was the result- a brilliant nickel plated finish. The bells were then installed on a copy of the original strap and a nicer buckle was used. The hardware on the back was antiqued to blend in as the original method to secure the bells were rivets. Handstitched keeper and buckle return, black strap.
